Returns & refunds

We want your pet to love what you ordered. If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help with a return or replacement.

Items should be unused and in original condition when a return is requested, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
